Executive Director of Pekin Main Street Melida Heien had an idea for a fundraiser, have a make your own taco bar, music, refreshments, and art in one place for people to come and have a good time. That idea came true Thursday night as PMS hosted a "Arts Fiesta" held at the Speakeasy Art Center in downtown Pekin.
